CricRiser Venue Data Deletion
To request deletion of information associated with CricRiser Venue or WhatsApp session receipts, email ethinyasports@gmail.com with the subject CricRiser Venue data deletion request.
Include the mobile number used for your venue sessions and enough information for us to verify that the request concerns your records. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or identity documents in the initial email.
We will review the request, verify your connection to the records, and explain what can be deleted. Some transaction or accounting records may need to be retained where required. You can also ask us to stop future WhatsApp receipts without requesting deletion of your session history.
