CricRiser Venue helps sports venues manage customers, bookings, sessions, payments, memberships, and related business records. Ethinya Sports uses the app to operate its venue.
Information we handle: Customer names and mobile numbers; booking and session details; usage, membership and payment records; venue staff activity; and a customer’s choice about receiving WhatsApp session receipts. The app may also handle venue profile information, images, and content provided by the venue.
How we use it: We use this information to operate the venue, maintain accurate records, provide customer service, and send a completed-session receipt on WhatsApp when the customer has agreed. We use WhatsApp’s Business Platform to send those receipts and receive message delivery status updates.
Sharing and storage: Information needed to deliver a WhatsApp receipt is processed through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. Venue records are stored using Google Firebase services. Authorized venue staff can access information needed for their work.
Your choices: You can tell venue staff that you do not want WhatsApp receipts, or contact us to change your preference. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing ethinyasports@gmail.com. We may need to retain records required for accounting, legal obligations, or resolving transactions.
Security: We restrict access to venue records and take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle.
