If we cancel or cannot provide a material agreed service, we offer the remedy required by applicable law, such as suitable rescheduling or a refund for unavailable services. Store credit is not compulsory where law requires another remedy. This draft does not impose a blanket no-refund policy.

Stop and report unsafe equipment or injury. Seek suitable medical advice for health concerns affecting participation. Appropriate parent/guardian authorization and supervision apply to minors.
Dangerous conduct, harassment, intoxication or misuse may result in a session being paused/ended; fee consequences must be fair, disclosed and lawful. Proven deliberate/negligent damage may justify reasonable actual-loss claims, not arbitrary penalties. Participation does not waive claims for our negligence or liability that cannot be excluded. Staff retain safety duties.
Supervise belongings and report losses. Responsibility follows applicable law, not a blanket exclusion. Amenities are limited to what is included and safely available; material failure to deliver agreed services needs an appropriate remedy.
## Recording and highlights
Recording applies where offered/agreed. Confirm output length, format, fee, delivery and turnaround for the service. Targets are not guarantees unless expressly promised. Every shot may not be captured; automatic selection is not guaranteed error-free. Material failure of a purchased media service is addressed under agreed terms/applicable law.
Customers retain rights in their supplied content and authorize only processing needed for their requested service, with authority to supply it. These terms grant no blanket perpetual promotional licence. Public advertising/posts require separate specific permission, including appropriate permission for others/minors. Customer-made recordings must respect others’ privacy. See the Privacy Policy for storage/deletion; external recipients control their own copies.
## Website, reviews and third parties
Use business content with permission or as legally allowed. Do not impersonate, misuse systems, access accounts without authority or submit unlawful content. Independent platforms operate under their own terms and do not endorse us merely through use.
Customers may leave honest reviews; positive feedback is not required. Replies may be automated using approved templates as described in the Terms Appendix. Contact us for investigation of complaints. We remain responsible for our published responses.
## Responsibility, disputes and changes
Services are subject to applicable law and reasonable care. No term excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer/privacy remedies. Disruption outside reasonable control does not eliminate duties to address undelivered paid services fairly.

## Who we are and what this policy covers
Ethinya Sports operates indoor cricket practice facilities in Alwal Hills, Old Alwal, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We operate “Ethinya Sports Review Replies,” an owner-authorized tool that helps us respond to reviews on our own Google Business Profile. Contact: ethinyasports@gmail.com. This appendix supplements Part A for this tool’s use of Google Business Profile data. Customers do not need to sign in to this tool or grant it access to their Google accounts to leave a review or use our venue. Authorization is supplied by the business profile owner or an authorized manager.
## Information the tool accesses
With authorization, the tool accesses business account and location identifiers, business names and location details, review identifiers, reviewers’ public display names and anonymous-review indicators, star ratings, review text, available review timestamps, and existing owner replies. Google API responses may contain other public review metadata, such as a profile-photo link; the current reply templates do not use profile photos.
The tool uses Google’s business-management authorization permission because Google requires it for the review API operations. Although this permission can allow broader business-management operations, our current script uses it to identify our venue, read reviews, and publish owner replies. The tool does not request access to customers’ Gmail messages, contacts, Drive files, passwords, payment information or private Google account content.
## How information is used
We use this information to identify our own business profile, locate unanswered reviews, select a response template based on star rating, insert the reviewer’s public display name when available, and publish the reply on Google. Missing or anonymous names receive a general greeting. The same process covers rating-only reviews and reviews from one to five stars, including older unanswered reviews.
Replies use business-approved templates. The current tool does not send review content to a generative AI provider or use a paid AI service. A reply may be published automatically without individual human review. Existing replies are checked and skipped by the script; the tool is designed to avoid replacing them. We use execution records to diagnose errors and check operation.
We do not use Google data obtained through this tool for targeted advertising, data brokerage, credit decisions, sale of personal data, or training general-purpose AI models. Ethinya Sports Review Replies’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy.
## Processing, disclosure and public replies
The tool runs on Google Apps Script and communicates with Google Business Profile APIs over authenticated HTTPS connections. Google processes information under its applicable terms and privacy practices. Information may be processed on Google’s infrastructure outside India.
Published owner replies are public on Google and can include the reviewer’s public display name. Authorized Ethinya Sports personnel may access script execution logs and review information for operation and troubleshooting. If we request external troubleshooting assistance, any disclosure must be limited to necessary information and an appropriate permitted purpose; credentials and authorization tokens must not be shared. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to investigate security incidents.
## Storage, retention and security
The current script processes reviews during execution and does not create a separate customer-review database. Diagnostic and preview functions can write reviewer names, review text, reply text and review identifiers to Google-hosted execution logs. Google controls platform log retention; disabling the script does not necessarily erase prior logs immediately. Public reviews and replies remain on Google under Google’s controls until changed or removed through the applicable Google processes.
Google handles sign-in and Apps Script authorization. The script obtains an OAuth access token at runtime; the provided code does not log the token or store a password or client secret in its source. Access to the script and logs should be restricted to authorized personnel. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain data only as needed for operation, troubleshooting, security or legal obligations. Requests about deletion of information under our control can be sent to the contact email below; we will explain any platform retention, technical or legal limitations.
## Choices and requests
The authorized business account holder can stop scheduled processing by deleting the Apps Script trigger and can revoke the application’s Google account access through Google Account security settings. Revocation stops future authorized API access but does not automatically remove previously published replies or platform logs.
Reviewers can manage their reviews through Google and contact us to request correction or removal of a name from our reply, raise a privacy concern, or request access, correction or deletion of information we control, subject to applicable rights and limitations. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. We cannot delete a customer’s Google account or guarantee removal of content controlled by Google or another person. Do not email passwords or sign-in codes.
The automation is an administrative tool for our business, not a service directed at children. Please avoid placing sensitive personal information or children’s personal details in public reviews or replies.
## Changes and contact
We will update this page when our data practices change. Material changes to authorized Google-data use will be disclosed and any required authorization obtained before that new use begins.
